Due Dates / Shipping
• Your child has been provided with a photo card on photo day and then a printed proof approximately one week after photo day to bring home from school. Both these items have a DUE DATE listed on it.
• The due date represents the cutoff date for your order to be processed in bulk for individual shipping to your address you provide at checkout, or to be returned to the school if the school office has chosen that method. When checking out, the shipping options will be shown clearly for you.
• Is it after the due date? No worries! You can still order!!
Your order will have an additional individual processing and handling charge. It will be mailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Retakes
• Do you want your child to have retakes?
If so, the following instructions must be followed. The option for a retake closes 72 hours before the retake date. Don't add the retake to the cart if you do not want a retake!
• Once a student attends retakes, their original gallery is taken offline and is no longer accessible. Only one gallery is available at a time.
• At the top of your gallery, there will be coloured buttons that represent different package types. Navigate to the yellow 'RETAKE' button. On this page is your retake request. You will need to add this to your cart, including providing a reason for the retake. This reason is provided to the retake photographer, so please be as detailed as possible!
• Ensure you go through the entire ordering process for this retake request. Only students that have a retake request will be invited to the retake session.
• Did your child miss photo day?
Don't worry! They are automatically added to our list, no need to do anything!
Reminder, the ability to book a retake is only available until 72 hours before the retake date listed on your photo proof and photo card. Our system automatically removes the retake option 72 hours in advance to allow us to prepare for the session.

ID Cards
• All students have access to their digital ID card at all times. Simply go to your gallery and add the complementary digital item to your card and complete the order. The digital file will be emailed to you.
• Each student will receive a printed ID card at no charge. This card is provided through the school directly to your child.
• Note that only one physical card will be available per student. If you need an additional or replacement card it is available for purchase in your gallery.

Gallery Viewing tips
• Images shown in your gallery are thumbnails only.
This is to ensure quick loading times, and wide accessibility.
• Please note that thumbnails have a lower quality than the final images you will receive. These should be used to judge posing and facial expression.
• Ordered images you will receive are of a very high quality.
• We highly suggest the use of a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet for ordering. While we have strived to create the best mobile variant possible, the smaller screen size is not ideal for ensuring correct customization choices.
• If a small mobile device must be used, please turn it sideways to maximize the screen dimensions.
