Gallery Timeline
• Your gallery will be live approximately 3 weeks after the last day of sessions that took place at your school. All graduates go live at the same time.
• You will receive an email that notifies you the gallery is live and ready to order. This will be sent to the email address you used to register for your session.
• This email will contain an access code that will act as a password to enter your personal gallery.
• All orders placed will be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks. Printed items are shipped with tracking via courier, and digital images are sent via email.
• If it has been more than 3 weeks and you do not have an email from us, please email us using the contact on the previous page.
• Your gallery will be available for approximately two years after your portrait session is complete. Make sure you get a hold of these images!

These are the BEST value, and your $35 sitting fee is applied as a discount towards them!
• There are both digital and physical print options available as well as combination packages. Please note which you are looking for!
• Any digital images purchased will be emailed to you within two weeks of your order being placed, after final retouching has been completed. Make sure to add the below email to your contacts so that you receive this email!

Grad Portrait Retakes
• Each school will have a grad portrait retake session available to them. Details regarding the date / time / location will be communicated by the school.
• The retake session features slightly shorter session times, and a more condensed and focused experience that is tailored to the specific images or poses that need to be retaken or added.
• Graduates that attended the initial portrait sessions and have an image gallery will need to "order" a complimentary retake request with a detailed description of the retakes needed.
• All graduates with a retake request submitted will receive a code to book a new session without a sitting fee charged ahead of the booking app being released for retakes.
*Graduates that did not attend the original sessions will be able to book normally with the standard sitting fee*
Gallery Viewing Tips
• Images shown in your gallery are thumbnails only.
This is to ensure quick loading times, and wide accessibility.
• Please note that thumbnails have a lower quality than the final images you will receive. These should be used to judge posing and facial expression.
• Ordered images you will receive are of a very high quality.
• We highly suggest the use of a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet for ordering. While we have strived to create the best mobile variant possible, the smaller screen size is not ideal for ensuring correct customization choices.
• If a small mobile device must be used, please turn it sideways to maximize the screen dimensions.
